I found an envelope of negatives a couple years ago. There was a receipt from "Acmestyle Kodak Finishing" with this handwritten note on it:"Save these. pictures of my home with my dear Mother and father." Mrs. F.E. Smith. Lexington, KY. One of the negatives was printed and dated Nov 6, 1927. These are just a few of them.
I don't know what it is about older photos; they're always so compelling. These are just like my grandmothers photo's that I've obsessed over since the day I found them.
