East Bay bike path 4th of July

At the first sign of sun we decided to go for a ride. The East Bay bike path is 14.5 miles long, 4 miles from our house. Sure, it was the fourth of July, but it was early enough in the day that we figured whoever was left in town would still be in bed. Oh were we wrong. The East Bay Bike Path takes you through East Providence down the coast to Bristol. Little did we know that Bristol has the longest running and arguably biggest 4th of July Parade in the country.
